We are at a critical juncture where traditional models of U.S. international assistance need fresh thinking. As policymakers consider what comes next, Unlock Aid invited the general public and a curated group of experts to evaluate 31 proposals focused on promoting mutual prosperity, innovation, and better partnerships.

Voting took place from April 1-10, 2025. More than 600 people participated, as well as 22 experts. Below are the results.
